Shipping policy

Creations by Nathalie is a local South Florida floral design company, based in the Metro Miami area.  We currently hand-deliver our arrangements to Miami-Dade and Broward Counties for an additional surcharge. Please call 786-564-9323 or 305-494-6032 for any questions about deliveries or pick-ups. 

Our Orchid Terrarium collections are the only ones available for nationwide shipping at the moment.

Once your order is ready we will contact you to inform you that it is available for pickup. If you do require a local delivery our delivery rates are calculated based on your delivery address.

We will call your recipient at the delivery number you provide to let them know their flowers are on the way. Any flowers that have to be re-delivered will be charged a re-delivery fee. Please choose a delivery time window that you think will be best for your recipient.
