Ordering & Delivery Timing Care & Longevity Still Stuck?
Care & Longevity To order your arrangements, simply place your order online through our website, email us at orders@creationsbynathalie.com, or order here. How can I order an arrangement? It depends on the arrangement. Our goal is to provide the highest quality and freshest product possible. We typically require 1–2 days' notice to design your arrangement. Some larger, more complex arrangements may require up to 7 days to complete. During high-volume times such as holidays, Valentine's Day, or Mother's Day, we require one-week advance orders. Same-day deliveries are possible (excluding holidays) — please contact us for availability. How long will it take for my arrangement to be created? Ordering & Delivery At this time, only our Orchid Terrariums are available for shipping. All other arrangements are available for pickup or local delivery in the South Florida area (Miami-Dade and Broward Counties only). Can I order an arrangement if I live outside of South Florida? We deliver to the Miami-Dade and Broward area via our courier service. Delivery fee is calculated based on delivery address. Please visit our "Shipping and Local Delivery" page in the main menu for additional details. What is your delivery zone and cost? Timing With proper care, an Orchid Terrarium arrangement can last up to 30 days or longer, while succulents can last indefinitely with proper care and maintenance. Care instructions can be found on each product's individual page and are also included with each package. How long will my arrangement last?
