Creations by Nathalie is a local South Florida floral design company, based in the Metro Miami area.  We currently hand-deliver our arrangements to Miami-Dade and Broward Counties for an additional surcharge. Please call 786-564-9323 or 305-494-6032 for any questions about deliveries or pick-ups. 

Once your order is ready we will contact you to inform you that it is available for pickup.  If you do require a local delivery our delivery rates are calculated based on your delivery address.

If ordered as a gift, we will call your recipient at the delivery number you provide to let them know their arrangement is on the way.  Any arrangements that have to be re-delivered will be charged a re-delivery fee.  Please choose a delivery time window that you think will be best for your recipient. 

We are able to redeliver for an additional fee only if this is specified in the notes at the time of purchase.

Our Shippable items contain products available for nationwide shipping.  The DIY kits come complete with assembly instructions.  All other shippable items are fully assembled and specially packaged to ensure safe delivery.
